We will completely dismantle your engine and professionally convert it to 85cc.
You will then have a completely overhauled and stable engine that looks no different from the original 49cc engine.
Please deliver your engine to us clean and without oil.
The price includes the following:
- 70cc cylinder head with large intake, valves 25mm intake + 22mm exhaust
- 51mm cylinder kit steel with high compression pistons
- Standard camshaft / SS50 camshaft at extra cost
- Heavy duty clutch for primary drive 17/69
- Clutch for long primary drive 18/67 against surcharge
- Conversion to manual clutch also possible at extra cost
- 300% Takegawa oil pump
- Reinforced timing chain and new guide rollers
- All seals, oil seals and 2 engine mounts
- Gearbox check / revision at extra cost
- Ignition check
- Conversion + test run
Other parts and work required will be charged separately.
Before the engine is rebuilt, it is first checked and a cost overview is drawn up.
With a PC20 carburetor, sharper camshaft and 6V Dax exhaust, approx. 7.5-8.5 hp can be achieved.
With the Mikuni VM24 carburetor and a larger exhaust system, you can achieve approx. 9-10 hp.
The setup also runs with the original 6Volt Dax carburetor and the original 6Volt Dax exhaust system.
Conversion to a 12V ignition system is possible for an extra charge.
For easy installation, we recommend using a 12V wiring harness or 12V adapter!
This offer applies to the horizontal 6 volt Dax and Monkey engines.
Of course, the conversion is also possible with XL70, CT70, SS50 engines and 12Volt engines.
